We’re very sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied, and we take your complaint seriously. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible service, and we want to resolve this quickly and fairly.

Through this form, you can officially submit your complaint to Knaken Cryptohandel B.V., located at Schiedamsevest 154 in Rotterdam.

Filing a complaint is always free of charge. This form is in English, and you will also receive our response in the same language.

COMPLAINT HANDLING PROCEDURE

What happens after you click ‘Submit’?

We handle your complaint through a fixed, transparent procedure.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT

After you submit the complaint, you will receive an official acknowledgement of receipt by email within 1 business day.

SUBSTANTIVE RESPONSE

We will thoroughly investigate your complaint. You will receive a final written response from us no later than 10 business days after the acknowledgment of receipt.

REPORTING TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

You can choose to send a copy of your complaint to the Reporting Centre of the AFM (Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets) in the Netherlands.

The AFM can assess whether we have violated the rules or conduct an investigation into our business operations. Please note: the AFM will not comment on your complaint or mediate in the conflict.
