After you submit the complaint, you will receive an official acknowledgement of receipt by email within 1 business day.

SUBSTANTIVE RESPONSE

We will thoroughly investigate your complaint. You will receive a final written response from us no later than 10 business days after the acknowledgment of receipt.

NOT SATISFIED WITH OUR RESPONSE?

We hope to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction. However, if you do not agree with our final response, you have the right to submit your complaint to an external, independent body.
