DEPOSIT FEES

We support multiple payment methods that allow you to buy crypto directly or top up your Euro balance. It is also possible to make a bank transfer using a unique code linked to your account. With this code you can also buy crypto periodically via an automatic transfer.

Here is an overview of the payment fees charged by the payment providers.

TRADING FEES

When buying and selling crypto, you pay a fixed fee (platform fee) and a percentage fee (exchange fee) on the purchase or sale amount. The exchange fee starts at 0.24% and varies depending on both the coin type and your membership level. For a complete overview of the rates, please refer to our membership page.

• Exchange fee - Starting from 0.24% (depending on coin type and membership)

KICKBACK

Depending on your membership, you benefit from a kickback on every transaction. When placing an order, you initially pay the full amount. After a successful order, you receive a kickback, whereby the paid exchange fee amount is (partially) refunded to your account.

WITHDRAWAL FEES

CRYPTO WITHDRAWAL FEES

For crypto withdrawals, you pay transaction fees to the miners/validators of the respective blockchain. These fees can vary by day or hour and are incorporated into the price. If you opt for an expedited withdrawal—ensuring that we process the withdrawal within 2 hours—these fees will be higher. The transaction fees are deducted from the crypto you withdraw and are displayed in advance.

EURO WITHDRAWAL FEES

For withdrawing euros to your bank account, a standard payment fee applies. Expedited withdrawals are also available if you need the money in your account quickly. With a standard withdrawal, the funds are almost always deposited on the same day.

• Standard withdrawal: €0.50
• Expedited withdrawal costs 1% of the total amount, with a maximum fee of €100.
